Mr. Anant Bhat is the founder member of the firm. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He has experience in handling the matters under the legal, secretarial, Corporate Matters, representation of clients, providing opinion and advisory services in Corporate Law matters including FEMA & FDI, Securities Law, Labour Law and other legislations. He has worked in reputed Consultancy & Chartered Accountant firms handling corporate, secretarial and financial functions independently prior to starting his practice.
